Il Frantoio in Cucina on 13 December

For Saint Lucia the Frantoio del Grevepesa moves from the KITCHEN, to tell the story of the new oil, how to recognize the good one and how to ignore the bad one.

At the table arrive black cabbage, Anghiari beans, cod, chickpeas from Reggello and toasted bread, all with oil.

There are also prizes and gifts, as it should be for Saint Lucia.
