We first learned that the olive tree is not a tree but a shrub and that it is essential to ensure the youngest twigs have the necessary sap to grow and give birth to olives.
First of all, we must ensure that the secondary branches have a smaller diameter than the primary branches, secondly we can say that two secondary trunks are sufficient, at the third level we can already prune. The pruning of the largest third level branches will give lymph and therefore life to the younger twigs that will make the olives grow.
