On each bottle there is an alphanumeric code which tells the consumer the true story of each bottle.

Ensuring that every single bottle of DOP Chianti Classico oil is traceable means making the production process transparent: from those who grew the olive trees, to those who pressed the olives, up to those who packaged the oil. Our label speaks clearly, and guarantees the purchase of 100% authentic DOP Chianti Classico extra virgin olive oil.

To obtain the DOP label, the olives must come from the designated area of ​​Chianti Classico, and the oil must be extracted using only mechanical processes, without the use of solvents or excessive heat, to preserve flavor and nutritional qualities.

The Chianti Classico DOP extra virgin olive oil opens up to the sense of smell with decisiveness herbaceous notes, taste is elegant and harmonious and is accompanied by a pleasant enveloping bitterness, a note at the end spicy.
