This principle highlights that the well-being of individuals and their communities cannot be separated from the well-being of the ecosystems in which these communities reside – healthy soil will produce healthy foods, promote the well-being of animals and people.

For this reason, the organic supply chain only allows the use of natural substances and prohibits the use of synthetic chemicals, such as weed killers and pesticides, avoiding excessive exploitation of the soil and water resources.
The set of processes that determine the production of organic extra virgin olive oil are monitored and certified by bodies authorized by the Ministry of Agriculture, which monitor the correct application of the production standards established by European regulations.

Among our most important products, the 100% Italian Organic Frantoio del Grevepesa extra virgin olive oil is produced with olives selected from the most valuable varieties of the year, expresses fresh and balanced herbaceous notes, envelops the palate with a pleasant bitterness and leaves a persistent spicy sensation in the mouth that recalls freshly pressed oils.

It goes well with meat and fish carpaccio, foods based on fresh vegetables such as dips and first courses, but also grilled meats to be finished with a "C" of quality oil.
