The NEW “aromatic” condiments are born from the collaboration of Frantoio del Grevepesa with the Agr. Peperita di Bibbona (LI), which has been cultivating CHILLI, BASIL and other essences with great passion for over 20 years.
The condiments are obtained using an original method invented by Rita herself, owner of the farm: a mixture of fresh products is added directly to our oil, for a limited period of time; once the process is completed, the condiments obtained are filtered and bottled in dark glass bottles.
ORANGE / LEMON AND CHILLI DRESSING: a cocktail of orange, lemon and a pinch of chilli added to the extra virgin olive oil of Frantoio del Grevepesa. RECOMMENDED COMBINATION: the dressing that embellishes a SALAD and enriches a FISH-based dish!
