Shipping and delivery
Shipments with delivery within December 25th
All orders placed by 14 December 2022 will be delivered by 25 December.
All orders placed after December 15th do not have guaranteed delivery by December 25th and may be delivered after December 25th.
General shipping conditions
Delivery is made directly to the address indicated by the customer in the order form at the time of checkout.
The shipment takes place in 1 or 2 working days from receipt of the order, excluding holidays January 1st, December 25th and Easter.
Deliveries are made all over the world where possible through qualified couriers such as UPS and DHL.
The shipping and packaging costs contribution is calculated as follows:
- National territory: € 9,90 Euro including VAT.
- EU territory: costs are calculated at the time of the order and are visible on the cart at the time of payment.
- EXTRA EU territory: transport costs will be calculated at the time of the order in the online shop for the following countries: Switzerland. The shipping costs calculated for deliveries in Switzerland do not include the duties and customs duties required, which will be fully charged to the customer.
- EXTRA EU territory: where possible, shipping costs will be calculated directly in the online shop.
If the customer detects external damage to the packaging, he has the right to proceed as follows:
- if he believes that the damage is only superficial, he can accept the delivery with reserve, noting the reservation on the Transport Document DDT or on the delivery slip.
- if instead he believes that the damage has compromised the goods, he can reject the entire delivery to the courier, noting the reasons on the delivery note or on the delivery slip (eg "goods rejected because ...")
In case of damage to the goods, the customer can communicate the damage to Frantoio Del Grevepesa who will arrange a new shipment.
In case of failure to communicate the customer the FRANTOIO DEL GREVEPESA - COOPERATIVE AGRICULTURAL COMPANY will in any case be warned by the courier of the damage to the goods.
Unavailability of products
In case of temporary unavailability of the requested packages, it will be the responsibility of the FRANTOIO DEL GREVEPESA - COOPERATIVE AGRICULTURAL COMPANY promptly inform the customer on the date of the new availability.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to return the product and obtain a refund of the purchased goods. The shipping costs that remain to be paid by the customer will not be reimbursed, as well as the return shipping costs. The product must be returned unopened and complete in all its parts. In case of return due to accidental damage to the product, we invite the customer to take a photograph of the damaged goods with their mobile phone as proof and send a copy of the photograph to info@frantoiogrevepesa.it.
The customer pursuant to Legislative Decree N ° 206 of 06/09/2005 and succ. mod. has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the goods within 14 days of receipt, giving notice to FRANTOIO DEL GREVEPESA - COOPERATIVE AGRICULTURAL COMPANY at the following contacts:
