From the moment of payment, delivery of the products takes approximately between 2 and 10 working days in Italy, between 5 and 15 working days in Europe.
Upon departure of the order, an e-mail will be sent to the recipient with all the shipping details.
We use shockproof and thermal shock-proof packaging to ensure the freshness and integrity of the items.
Money back guarantee
If for any reason the purchased product does not comply with the requested article, we ensure the replacement of the goods within n. 14 days from receipt.
Right of withdrawal
The customer, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/2005 and subsequent amendments, has the right to withdraw from the purchase and proceed with the return of the goods within 14 days of receipt, giving notice to FRANTOIO DEL GREVEPESA – SOCIETA' AGRICOLA COOPERATIVA at the contact details listed below, plus 14 days to send the returned product to Frantoio del Grevepesa by post or express courier:

Method of reimbursement of the consideration.
We will refund by bank transfer or non-transferable bank check within 10 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund refers exclusively to the price of the product. The costs of shipping and home delivery of the product will be borne by the consumer. A necessary condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the product and packaging.
Payments
Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard circuits, Prepaid Cards), secure payment managed by Stripe: in the case of purchasing products with a Credit Card, at the same time as the conclusion of the online transaction, the relevant banking institution will authorize the commitment of the amount relating to the purchase made. The order will be processed as soon as the payment has been made. At no time during the purchase procedure is FRANTOIO DEL GREVEPESA – SOCIETA' AGRICOLA COOPERATIVA able to know the information relating to the buyer's credit card, transmitted via a protected connection directly to the site of the banking institution that manages the transaction. In no case can FRANTOIO DEL GREVEPESA – SOCIETA' AGRICOLA COOPERATIVA therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties, when paying for products purchased on the site www.frantoiodelgrevepesa.it.
Advance bank transfer: the order will be processed upon receipt of the transfer. Payment must be made within 3 days from the date of the order. After this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled.

Shipping and delivery
Delivery is made directly to the address indicated by the customer in the order form at the time of checkout.
Products are normally shipped within 1 to 3 days of receiving payment, excluding holidays such as January 1st, December 25th, and Easter. Please note: Management of orders placed in the month of December will take place as soon as possible; however, please note that processing times could extend up to the month of January.
Deliveries are made all over the world where possible through qualified couriers.
The shipping and packaging costs contribution is calculated as follows:
- National territory: € 9,90 Euro including VAT.
- Foreign territory: where possible the transport costs will be calculated at the time of the order in the online shop. Shipping costs calculated for deliveries do not include any customs duties and charges required, which will be fully charged to the customer.
If the customer detects external damage to the packaging, he has the right to proceed as follows:
- if he believes that the damage is only superficial, he can accept the delivery with reserve, noting the reservation on the Transport Document DDT or on the delivery slip.
- if instead he believes that the damage has compromised the goods, he can reject the entire delivery to the courier, noting the reasons on the delivery note or on the delivery slip (eg "goods rejected because ...")
In case of damage to the goods, the customer can communicate the damage to Frantoio Del Grevepesa who will arrange a new shipment.
In the event of failure to notify the customer, FRANTOIO DEL GREVEPESA – SOCIETA' AGRICOLA COOPERATIVA will still be notified by the courier of the damage to the goods.
Unavailability of products
In the event of temporary unavailability of the requested packages, FRANTOIO DEL GREVEPESA – SOCIETA' AGRICOLA COOPERATIVA will promptly inform the customer of the date of new availability.
